She began her career specializing in residential real estate, luxury homes, and investment properties, and has since expanded her expertise to focus on the commercial real estate, income-producing properties, and business-focused transactions. 

Sherri works closely with business owners, investors, and property owners to help them buy, sell and lease properties that support long-term growth and financial success. From retail and office spaces to mixed-used and small commercial investments, she combines strategic market insight with personalized solutions to deliver results.

In addition to serving her clients, Sherri is deeply involved in the real estate community. She currently holds a Director seat with the Northeast Iowa Board of Realtors and has served on multiple committees, including the Social Committee and YPN (Young Professionals Network). Her commitment to excellence has earned her multiple awards, and she is ranked in the top 25% of agents in the region.
